Family-Owned General Contractor in Chester, VA
About the owners
Sigfredo & Misa — A Father-and-Son Team
Solutions GC is a family-run construction company in Chester, Virginia. It started with Sigfredo, who got his start as a framer — learning how a house goes together from the bones out, wall by wall, on job sites across central Virginia. He spent years on the frame, on the roof, and in the crawl space before he ever put his name on a business of his own.
His son, Misa, grew up around it. He was handing up tools before he could drive, and over the years he became a craftsman in his own right. Today they run the company side by side — the same two names on every job, from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
For 17 years, that's been the whole promise: the people who quote your project are the people who build it. No subcontracted crews you've never met, no surprise charges, no cutting corners. Just a family that treats your home like it's theirs — because our name is on it. Free estimate, financing available.
We started with roofing, grew into full renovations, and now build new construction for land owners and investors across Richmond, Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Prince George, Dinwiddie, and the surrounding counties. Different projects, same standard — as a licensed Class A general contractor.
Solutions General Contractor LLC has been in business 17 years. Virginia Class A Contractor License #2705196015 (verify at dpor.virginia.gov). We serve Chester and Central Virginia.
