Yes. Our new construction service is focused on building new homes on land our clients already own in Chesterfield County and the surrounding Central Virginia area.
Is financing available for new construction?
Financing is available for building new on your land through a third-party lender, subject to approval. Ask us about it during your consultation, and we'll explain the next steps.
What should I check about my land before building?
Before you build, look at zoning, setbacks, road access and driveway location, and how the lot drains. You'll also need to know whether the property has public water and sewer or will need a well and septic system. Rural lots in particular may need soil testing and site work before construction can start. We'll go over what we see on your property and the questions that need answers early.
How long does it take to build a new home?
